Graphic Designer

We're hiring 2 Graphic Designers who think in layouts. You move fluidly between minimalist, aesthetic, and clean professional styles — and make each one look intentional, not accidental. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our design and motion team to keep Creasheeps (and our clients) looking sharp everywhere. We lean onsite so we can riff in real time — but if your portfolio speaks for itself, remote's on the table.
What you'll do
- Design layouts across formats — social, marketing, decks, brand, app store visuals
- Flex between minimalist, aesthetic, and professional styles to fit each brief
- Turn rough briefs into polished, on-brand compositions
- Collaborate closely with the team — share early, take feedback, iterate fast
- Keep visual consistency across projects and our brand systems
What we're looking for
- A portfolio with real range — show us the minimalist AND the bold
- Strong sense of typography, spacing, hierarchy, and composition
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop + Canva (Figma is a plus+)
- A genuine team player — clear communicator, collaborative, no lone-wolf energy
- Open to onsite (preferred); remote possible if your work is exceptional
Nice to have
Social-native instincts — you get what stops the scroll · Basic motion (After Effects) or illustration chops · Experience designing for apps / digital products
